I had a very disappointing experience with Jerry AI. Despite being informed through the app that I would not be charged because my policy could not be purchased, my credit card was fraudulently charged $912.63 by a third party called Blue Fire, which Jerry has chosen to partner with. Blue Fire has a reputation for unauthorized charges, and unfortunately, I became another victim. I immediately contacted Jerry customer service to resolve the issue and request a refund. After initial contact, they promised to connect me with a specialist, but I was subsequently ghosted — no follow-up, no status update, and no resolution. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly caution others about this company and its partners. If I don't receive a prompt refund and response, I will be forced to escalate through consumer protection agencies and legal channels. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience overall.
