My order sat in Jamaica, NY from June 3 to June 26, a total of 17 business days before it moved at all! I finally received the product on July 2, 2025, a full 21 business days after the shipping label was created. The label indicates USPS Ground Advantage, which should arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Since I paid for expedited shipping and the tracking shows it sat idle for weeks, I advise against ordering anything from this company.
