After waiting 7 weeks for my jersey, I received an email stating that 250 customers need to pay €18 to release the jerseys from customs. The company has already taken €80 for a jersey that doesn't exist. Why not do the right thing and cover this cost for the customers? I refuse to pay the €18, so can you please provide an estimated arrival date? Maybe 2030? 🫢 This is a disgraceful business!

These are total scammers. I ordered 3 jersey sets back in September and still haven't received any updates as we are now in December! I've emailed them multiple times with no response. This is a joke of a company. I'm considering taking further action to recover my nearly €150.
I ordered a kneecap jersey in August, and now it's October—two months later and still no delivery. I spent €70, and it feels like a complete scam. I've sent numerous emails with no response and can't track my package because they don't provide that service. Don't waste your time with this company; it's a total scam.
I ordered a jersey on October 4th, and it is now November 17th... Still no jersey. I've made countless attempts to reach out to the company with no success. I would strongly advise against buying from them. My next step will be to dispute the charge with my payment provider.
I ordered a jersey on September 1st for a birthday gift on October 4th. Now it's October 9th and still no jersey. I messaged last week and was told it could take up to 22 working days… that time has passed. I requested a delivery date or a refund, and have heard nothing. UPDATE: October 17th, still no response to my messages. I can't track my order, and the link expired due to the delay. UPDATE: October 29th, still no response or delivery. Lesson learned, and €60.30 wasted. I only trusted this company because an influencer promoted their jerseys, but I've informed them that others are being scammed. UPDATE: December 9, 2025: I filed a dispute on November 21st, and my payment provider provisionally refunded me the full amount after they couldn't provide evidence of engagement or tracking. Seriously, stay away from this company. Kudos to my payment provider!
I ordered this product on June 1, 2025, and paid for expedited shipping (5 to 10 business days) at an extra cost of $38.00. My order sat in Jamaica, NY from June 3 to June 26, a total of 17 business days before it moved at all! I finally received the product on July 2, 2025, a full 21 business days after the shipping label was created. The label indicates USPS Ground Advantage, which should arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Since I paid for expedited shipping and the tracking shows it sat idle for weeks, I advise against ordering anything from this company.
