I placed my order in September 2025 and everything was great until I requested a replacement for my shirt to ensure a better fit. I was advised to keep the one I received and pay $30 for shipping on the new replacement, which I did. I notified the seller about this back in September 2025, but despite sending multiple inquiries about the status, I have yet to receive the new item. My original purchase was made at the end of April 2025, and I received it in mid-September 2025, taking nearly five months. I ordered the replacement at the end of September 2025 and am still waiting, with no response to my previous emails. I'm giving a 5-star review due to the courteous offer to replace, but I'm still hoping for the arrival of the new item soon.
