I placed an order 3/5/26 and keep getting a run a round from customer service, Website can't find order # when I try to track it but when I log in I can see it and it says unfulfilled but keep getting told it is on the way, Customer service emailed me a tracking link that does not even make sense it has shipped from Yanwen to the US like 3 times in the last week. Then I received an email asking me to rate my experience so here you go. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! SCAM ALERT!!!!!!
