I spent a small fortune on what believed would be high quality gifts! However, they were awful, print was off centre and easily scratched off, pictures transferred very badly and again easily removed. One special gift was for my first born to have with him on his Wedding Day and it’s so bad I cannot give it to him. One of the orders I was led to believe was acrylic and came on a simple cut piece of cardboard. I don’t leave bad reviews lightly so when I say I was completely disappointed with my entire order. The items I purchased weren’t worth more than £10-£15 in total. So if it’s sentimental & important don’t buy here as you’ll be gravely disappointed. Every looks so shiney, sparkly and high quality online hence why I spent not too far off £100, nothing arrived as I believed it would. The entire order was in memory of my Dad, for my Mum, and my two sons as he was their idol but to see his face on what arrived just made me cry and sad

Extremely disappointing experience with this service.

I have encountered a terrible experience with this service. I ordered a journal for a friend who would be bedridden due to surgery. I understand it’s the holiday season and personalized items may take longer, but I can’t even track my order. The tracking system is inadequate. I had to download an app just to track it, and that was unhelpful. I have sent multiple messages to the support team for assistance in tracking my order, but received no help at all! One site indicated it was delivered, which is not true! I am very disappointed, especially considering the name they use!

This was an unforgettable experience! I struggled to locate my package for several days. The support team was ready to replace my items without any hesitation. I felt fortunate to discover them at the apartment office! My excitement was through the roof, especially because they went above and beyond to resolve the issue!

The craftsmanship and vibrant colors are truly impressive. Initially, I thought the corners seemed rough and incomplete, but after a closer look, I discovered a protective plastic layer that peeled away, revealing a flawless piece of art, smooth and polished! I'm absolutely delighted with it. Thank you!

SHADY COMPANY from CHINA

I purchased 5 personalized ornaments for xmas gifts. Somehow, a 6th one was erroneously ordered. When I saw that, I emailed to cancel the extra one. The company said I could not cancel because it was already in transit. A week later, I get an email apologizing for the delay, saying the order would ship in a few days - so obviously they could have canceled. I emailed them again but they refused to cancel the mistake. A few of the ornaments arrived a few days ago - and I was totally disappointed in how cheap looking they were - more like a $3 dollar store ornament vs a $25 high end ornament. SCAM COMPANY

The quality of the product was spot on

The quality of the product was spot on. It looked the same way it advertised. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star is that when they said with a box, I assumed I was receiving a decorative box since I paid extra. NOT SO, to me, that was a little deceptive, but either way, I would purchase again from this brand. And it wasn't a quick delivery of the product, it really takes 10-12 REAL working days. This company is not US. (think Candana?)

A very Disgruntled and Sad Customer

I have not yet received my order; however, I am already very disappointed. I contacted the company very shortly after placing my order when I realised I had duplicated it by mistake. Obviously, I immediately asked them to cancel the second item and make a refund. As I placed the order late in the evening, it seemed a very reasonable request; the information would have been seen immediately they reopened for business the next morning. I received a very prompt reply, at around 10.00am, saying they did not accept ANY cancellations and that my order(s) were already in production. I have been in touch, but they still refuse to acknowledge my explanation, cancellation and refund request. I am 77 years old, a pensioner, and I have limited finances, thus the overspend matters to me. It is not even as if I was withdrawing all my custom, I only cancelled the duplicate. I was told 5 days ago that the order had been shipped; however, it has not been received, which makes it very difficult to believe that this 'Christian' company was being honest from the beginning. I feel miserable at the way I have been treated and felt a need to share my position. I will also update this review when/if the order is received.
