I booked a Jet2 'package'....flight, transfer and accommodation.
Then I decided to pay a supplement for private transfer....still a package.
When I looked at my invoice, Jet2 had added a supplement to my supplement!

I 'spoke' to an assistant and asked what the extra was for. She replied that I was not needing the coach so this was an extra charge!!!
I asked her to refund this new figure to go back to the original 'package'. She told me that there would be no coach transfer now.

I was asking for the original package, and price to be reinstated. She insisted it was not possible!!
The price you are offered for Private transfer is not what the invoice states...they add an extra supplement.
£172 was our return charge from Tenerife South to the Cleopatra Palace Hotel. Local taxis charge 30 Euros each way, total £53!!! An extra £119!. Nobody I spoke to at Jet2 could explain or justify.
