We had flights booked with Jet 2 and had to change due to some bad news in the family, after trying online to change the flight with no luck I gave up and called customer services, had a lovely lady called Lisa who sat there and sorted everything out just when I was ready to have a meltdown and just cancel it Lisa had it done and sorted for me.
