I was expecting delays at the airport with the new system arrival and departure. I could see you guys were assisting and found this ran very smoothly indeed. Wasn’t so good being the last drop on the transfer but not to worry these things happen.
I had checked the feedback on the accommodation and it was no surprise I was quite happy apart from 1 thing. The spare pillow in the wardrobe had obviously been laying for a long time and had fungus on it. I’m not one for complaining and hoped leaving it outside on the porch with the offending side visible someone would collect it to no avail. For the first two nights the pull down bed didn’t have proper covers and I slept with just a thin cotton sheet.
The communication by text and email was very good. I was told to check the folder in reception for your rep visit. A text or email would have been better. We managed to find our way around ourselves.
Overall my kids and myself had a great time. Regardless of the negative I would and probably will visit again and my experience with your staff has been positive both in Glasgow and Gran Canaria.
