Review Time
I used to have high regard for the Jet2 brand until my families recent experience with our upcoming holiday. They are not the cheapest, especially in school holidays where they inflate their prices terribly, but knew we were paying for good service and family friendly flight times. However, a short while ago, my wife received an email from Jet2 advising they had moved our return flight from Gran Canaria by 6 hours!!! Meaning our flight would now depart at 9.30pm and get us back to Stansted early ours next morning. To say we were disgusted by this was an understatement, as they know at this point (having booked many months before) people have no hope of finding an alternative at a reasonable price only a few months before departure and no choice but to accept. Having two young children myself and having booked this holiday/flight times because they were workable, I felt utterly betrayed by Jet2. The fact Jet2 know this flight will be packed with families in easter holidays makes this all the more reprehensible - clearly some awful and unpleasant people making these decisions at Jet2. What made this even worse, which I could not believe, is that there was no refund of some of what we had paid for our holiday (over 4k) to reflect we were now stuck on a terrible flight that they would usually charge significantly less to take. The original flight times for our holiday are the type Jet2 charge a premium for. I feel so disgusted with Jet2 casually ruining the end of our holidays and changing our flight so drastically, with no offer of compensation. I have abandoned plans we had to travel with them again and have instead booked our October trip to Tenerife with Easyjet Holidays - whom I will add charge less and have never changed a flight like this without compensation.
Great flights. Lovely hotel. Food and staff brilliant. Would definately go back to Agadir.
Downside only ɓar was sports bar and wasnt the best. The lounge bar was being renavated. But wasnt informed of this.
Couldn’t go because my wife was poorly phoned jet 2 up in the early hours to say i couldn’t make it because of my wife being in hospital they said i should try and arrange another flight… Too expensive and she didn’t pick up for a week so i lost the lot
Everything ran smoothly and service was great. The accommodation was better than expected and the smooth running of flights and transfers and easy access of information in the app is extremely useful.
When I'm booking a holiday I always start with Jet2, then compare all the other operators to them... Even after doing this, it's rare I go with anyone else ... Consistently good service, great people, loads of choice and reasonable prices.
I can't see this standard dropping and I look forward to many years of travel with you all.

This was my first solo holiday. It was perfect. From start to finish. Jet2 were amazing. The hotel was spectacular. I cannot say a single bad thing about my trip. Cant wait to book my next adventure.
I've used JET2 a few times now for both package holidays and for flight only and booked independently. They are certainly a preferred provider for me. The quality of service at all stages has been great at all times. Not always the cheapest, but the slight additional cost is reflected in the additional service that is available. Their online and "app" based services have also been good and informative (a few bugs have been reported).
Good weather, staff very friendly, lots to do, choice of pools (one heated). Our only issue was a lack of tlc in the room. Safe key pad had to be changed as it would not accept a new code. The suite door lock failed twice, it was supposed to lock on closing but didn’t. These issues were sorted quickly but meant a trip to reception each time as our room phone didn’t work. The view from our room was of a large abandoned building site.
Jet2 are just the best at organising your holiday. They think of everything. Both Lisa, Bethany and the rest of the Cabin crew were very professional in everything they did and deserve a special mention. Lisa in particular had to deal with a very awkward customer who was very rude to her even thought she was very diplomatic towards him. You always get one!!!!
Had a lovely cheeky winter break with Jet2 to Lanzartoe. Always get a good discount, great aeroplane journey with lovely staff. So easy to check in with them and hassle free. Looking for my next break with Jet2 of course
