Jet Pets handled all the relevant paperwork and organised all the pre-flight vaccinations and health checks required before my boy got on the plane. A few weeks before the flight a travel crate was delivered to my house to get my dog accustomed to what he was going to be flying in. This made the process so much smoother on the day of pickup. Every staff member I dealt with was pleasant, friendly and good with animals. I was kept up to date on my boys movements with photos and travel report cards which really helped to put my mind at ease. If you are thinking about travelling I would recommend door to door service as it will take a lot of the stress out of the move for you and you can be assured your pet is in good hands.
