They charge for everything and call themselves a low budget airline. I've paid less for the same flight with another company (previous year) and got all the services they charge extra for, INCLUDING food. My 68 year old mother was cold and was told it's $10 for a blanket. ridiculous. They charge for the entertainment ($10 to watch a film), never in my life have I seen this.I'm sure in case of an emergency I'd have to pop my credit card in to be able to use the breathing mask. The flight wasn't THAT cheap where you can do all this and the 7kg hand allowance is a joke.Only up side was the plane itself looked new and well kept.First and last time I'm booking with JetStar
