They are not interested in whether you have connecting flights or whether you have to spend an additional 6 hours waiting in the airport.. The only thing they offered to do was cancel the booking... Sounds more like a threat than any sort of customer service!Update: 2nd extended delay within 2 weeks for the same reason!Arrived at the airport for the return flight, after being delayed by 6 hours only 2 weeks prior.Sure enough, as soon as we've progressed through customs, we receive an email from Jetstar that the flight has been delayed AGAIN! This time there's a 2 hour delay for the same reason as last time... "Engineering Requirements"Does this airline ever fly on time???
