I kept encountering a vague error message just before finalizing the process, stating, ‘an unexpected error has occurred’. Last night, I tried multiple platforms including my iPhone Safari browser, the app, and various laptop browsers like Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome. None of them worked. Unable to face another wait for customer support, I opted to book with another airline instead. Is anyone else experiencing this?
