I used this service for a few months and currently have over £500 in my account. They've disabled my account for weeks now. I've tried reaching out to their support email multiple times, along with my account manager, but received no response. Be cautious with this company. As soon as you win money, they just disable your account, preventing you from withdrawing your funds. UPDATE: Following their reply, I can confirm that at least £500 was still active in my account, so that claim is false. I have two questions: Why was my account shut? Why have my numerous emails been ignored, and why has my so-called account manager blocked me on messaging apps where we had many discussions? I would appreciate a response to my emails with more details regarding the account closure.
