My experience with this company has been quite frustrating. I ordered a ring a week ago and paid an additional £30 for a 3-5 day delivery. It still shows as processing. I've tried to contact the company multiple times with no reply. This ring was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now it seems unlikely that it will arrive in time. It’s misleading to advertise faster deliveries and charge extra if they cannot fulfill it. I hope to hear back soon; if not, I will request a refund.
