Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with, the address was wrong on my order but instead of letting me know or double checking, they sent it to the courier and after nearly 3 months of emails and begging for refunds I'm still waiting for my ring with their only response being "wait one more week". I tried disputing the payment with the bank and they have basically said there's nothing I can do. Avoid this vile company
