I ordered a ring from Jeulia and received one with the wrong stone. The item was not as described or as shown on their website. Instead of fixing their error at no cost, they insisted I pay the the shipping and offered only £10 in store credit — even though UK consumer law clearly states they must cover all costs for incorrect goods.I’ve told them multiple times I will not pay extra to fix their mistake. My bank has now given them until 29 August 2025 to resolve the issue before I raise a dispute.A company that won’t take responsibility for its own errors is not one I can recommend. Customers should not have to fight to have their consumer rights respected.
