I placed an order for a necklace on December 5th and paid an additional £30 for delivery. After 17 days, it is still marked as processing! This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and now it won't arrive in time. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from this service again. I'm not alone in facing this issue.
