I have ordered a ring , all good untill 1 day after I got it, one of the stones fell from minimal use as the ring was worn just a day and here the nightmare starts: I contact the the service again to communicate the problem, understandable they ask for pictures to prove, I provide the pictures and they tell me the pictures are not clear, I send the pictures again, I get the same answer back. They don't seem to realize that the stones are very small and it doesn't happen to everyone to have a professional camera with macro lenses laying around to take hd pictures like that of small stones or they just didn't want to honor the guarantee. After almost 2 weeks of terrible email communication they agree to send me a replacement. Whoever send it gave me the wrong order number so I couldn't track, the same thing , terrible communication by email. After another week if you emails they give me another order number, the correct one this time. Another month of my guarantee had passed untill I got the new ring, Literally a few hours after I put the ring on a stone fell somewhere and I lost it! The same stone as the previous ring. This product has many flaws ! Unfortunately for me I had to email them again about this asking to change the model! I already know how this communication will go again! I don't recommend their services and I won't buy anything else after I solve the problem I have now. Save yourself money and time and look for other brands!
