I love all the different customizations you can make to the jewelry it really makes it to where your significant other feels how much more personal it is and that you were thinking of them
My order qualified for free shipping, which was the standard 7-12 day delivery. After placing the order, I received a confirmation email stating that the shipping time would be 12-22 days, which was very different from what was indicated before I made the purchase. I had to cancel the order because my wedding was in 13 days and the rings wouldn't arrive in time with the new estimated delivery time. They provide false information about shipping times.
Got a few different rings off this website over the last few years, I can say that they're all great quality. Worth the price. My first ring from them is now 5 years old and I've just ordered another one for myself. I also bought my wife's engagement ring here 2 years ago and it still looks great! As long as you take care of the pieces you buy, they'll last.
Navigating Jeulia.com was super easy. I was able to search certain rings that I was looking for. Also was able to use their tabs to just go into wedding rings, wedding sets. They also have customized ring as well, which I was looking for. I was able to find a variety of rings that suited me. I cannot wait to receive my first purchase. I love how they have a variety of rings, bracelets, necklaces and earrings for anyone. They have gothic style, Halloween, fairy, just your simple while stone.
The size guide helped me significantly to decide on the size i want to get based on my known circumference. The samples made it easy to visualise how to ring will look on my finger. I think one area of improvement would be the customisability of the rings. Some designs i was looking at did not offer options to change the band and/or the crystal embedded.

The typical reply tends to reiterate the processing and shipping times of 7 to 14 working days, and an additional 5 to 12 working days for tracking to become available post-shipment. However, it's likely that the item will arrive before tracking is activated online. Keep in mind that it may take about a month (or possibly longer) from the time of payment until the item arrives. The free gift included with the purchase adds a nice touch. 😆 Here’s a standard response from the service: "Thank you for choosing our service! The shopping experience is pleasant, with a user-friendly website and well-presented products. Each product comes with clear and detailed information. However, I suggest adding a live chat feature for easier communication between customers and the seller. I attempted to use the chatbox at the bottom right of the site to ask a few questions before placing my order, but the button was unresponsive. I hope this issue can be resolved for future customers. The process was straightforward and enjoyable. I've made previous purchases, and the jewelry matched the images perfectly. I do wish the finish on the rose gold held up a bit longer, but I realize that I often forget to remove it when washing my hands.
