I share the sentiment of other customers who switched to save on costs. The service has been unsatisfactory; I've had to constantly monitor our bills to make sure we aren't overcharged. There's been no clear reason provided for why the bills are higher than those from my previous provider, despite assurances of savings. I cannot recommend this service for small businesses.
