The service has been shocking; I was told I would save on our electricity expenses at the pub, but it has become more expensive. They are withdrawing funds from the account without prior notice, claiming they sent correspondence while everything else is communicated via email. This is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company.
After being assured of savings on our electricity rates, we are still paying the same rates as we did with our previous supplier. Additionally, despite over 11 years of timely Direct Debit payments, I’ve received two notices due to unpaid bills from the company. I cannot recommend them; please AVOID!
I encountered a minor billing issue and contacted support. The representative I spoke with was efficient in resolving my concern, providing a complete rebill within the hour. My previous supplier would take a week for similar requests! I'm very grateful and have had no negative experiences so far.
The company managed the entire transfer process for one of my new business energy supplies. The representatives were readily available to address any questions. The supplies have now been transferred, and everything has gone smoothly so far!
An update on my earlier review: this company took over the electricity contract for one of my pubs, and now I'm facing debt collection from the previous supplier, claiming the account remains in their name and the bill is unpaid. After many years in business, I've never experienced such poor service and will not use or recommend them again.
