I placed an order for groceries with Jewel 3 weeks ago, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite being charged over $113, my items never arrived. When I checked the status, I was informed that the address was supposedly incorrect, resulting in the items being sent back.Even though I made many orders before and theyALL arrived except this one! Upon contacting Jewel, I was assured that a refund would be processed within 5 to 7 business days. However, weeks have passed, and I'm still waiting for the reimbursement.Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, speaking with different representatives each day, the issue remains unresolved. The lack of accountability and failure to fulfill their promise has left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed with Jewel's grocery delivery service. I urge others to beware of similar issues and reconsider using their services until they address these significant shortcomings. I am still calling everyday for my refund!!!!
