I ordered a 2ct lab-grown diamond on December 7, 2025, and was promised a tracking number within 3 to 4 days. Since December 14, 2025, I've called the company 25 times, with 23 calls resulting in long holds. The few calls that were answered provided no helpful information, and as of now, I still have no tracking number or diamond. After reading several reviews, it seems this company is quite shady. I plan to pursue a refund from this fraudulent jewelry exchange. My advice is to AVOID them at all costs!
