I placed an order for a 2ct lab-grown diamond on December 7, 2025, and was told to expect a tracking number in 3 to 4 days. Since December 14, I have contacted the company 25 times, with most calls resulting in long holds. The few answered calls provided no useful information, and now it's the 23rd, and I still have no tracking number or diamond. Based on other reviews, this company seems quite questionable. I will try to get a refund from this fraudulent jewelry exchange. My advice: PLEASE STAY AWAY!
Like many others, I have fallen victim to this scam. I placed my order on December 4 and started inquiring about shipping after a week. They never answered the phone, and only responded to my email after I mentioned filing a fraud claim. They strung me along for another week, and then had the audacity to charge me an extra fee for overnight shipping. They clearly had no intention of shipping my order. I will be seeking my money back from my bank and believe that karma will eventually catch up with them.
UPDATE 12.23.25: The website is gone and all traces of this company are missing. I ordered earrings for a Christmas present, and they were never shipped. My emails went unanswered, and no one picked up when I called. I strongly suspect this is a scam operation and will be disputing the charge.
I am giving a one-star review because I ordered two items from a certain online jewelry store on December 13, 2025, and never received any tracking information. I emailed them multiple times without a response, and their website crashed recently, likely due to others inquiring about their orders. The main issue is that this website is not the same as another reputable jewelry company, which I mistakenly thought I was ordering from. I filed a dispute with my bank after discovering this. Although the scam site seems to have shut down, they have rebranded under a different name. I want to warn others that these are two distinct websites, and this particular one is indeed a scam!
