I had Tracy handle my claim. I was extremely nervous as I have never been through something like this before. There was alot of emotional and physical trauma related to the accident. Tracy and team guided me all the way through, it was a seamless experience from start to finish. Although there were many medical check ups and appointments I had to go to each time I was feeling down or confused Tracy would be there to help me feel more confident and give me the support I needed and correct professional guidance to give me a better understanding of the stages the claim was in. She was always just a phone call away no matter how many questions I had and continued to make me feel comfortable enough to approach them with anything I was unsure about (even questions you may feel silly to ask).
