I had Tracy handle my claim. I was extremely nervous as I have never been through something like this before. There was alot of emotional and physical trauma related to the accident. Although there were many medical check ups and appointments I had to go to each time I was feeling down or confused Tracy would be there to help me feel more confident and give me the support I needed and correct professional guidance to give me a better understanding of the stages the claim was in.
