We contacted this company because their website advertised a "24 hour emergency response," which gave us reassurance that help would be available if needed.
We paid £300+VAT for what we believed would be a comprehensive resolution of the issue (as advertised on their website). The technician attended and put down poison, but otherwise told us little more than we already knew.
Just two days later, we had a live rat in our living space. We tried to contact the company but found the office was closed after 5pm, so we had to pay another pest controller £75 to attend urgently.
The company later clarified that their "24 hour emergency response" means they respond to enquiries within 24 hours, not that they provide out of hours support. This was not clear to us when choosing them and was a key factor in our decision.
Overall, a disappointing experience and not the level of support we expected. Customer Service Assistant Manager Leigh also uses ChatGPT for all responses - it is SO obvious. This means there is no real customer service when you get in touch about an issue and highlights an inability to deal with customers on a human level
