I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when using JG Pest Control.
Following a recent visit, our property’s shutters were significantly damaged during their work. The extent of the damage was far beyond what would be considered reasonable or incidental for the service being carried out.
When we raised this with the company, they refused to accept any responsibility, citing their disclaimer and stating this was their “full and final position.” This response was disappointing and, in our view, does not reflect a customer-focused or accountable approach.
We engaged JG Pest Control expecting professional care and diligence. Instead, we were left with avoidable damage and no meaningful resolution. They reviewed the property and rooms beforehand, noted that the shutters were fine to leave in place as they were made of wood.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
Scott was on time, friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns. Scott confirmed the access points, and made a report straight away.

From making a phone call everything was very well explained. Very polite and helpful. Everything very straight forward and excellent communication. Pest Control person text to advise when they would be arriving and again gave very clear guidance on what needed to be done. Very polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this business.
What a load rubbish 4 visits later after following all advice and instructions for a supposed 100% and we are still being bitten they took £500 and over 4 visit have spent no more tha 50 mins in my property the guy That came looked like he was a pest germ carry he smelt and was very scruffy, he came again same thing 3rd vist another guy who told me the last technician wasn’t very good and the have tried to sack him but can’t 4 th vist same guy came and broke lamp…..
whatever you DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE find another provider maybe a local company who care about customer service and new business
I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY they speak to as a new customer give you a load of lip service then afterward they just send you to voice mail and say you need to email customer service and don’t believe me here is proof of the BS services they provide….
With asking how my 3rd visit went they had the never and cheek to ask me to write a review for them I have door proof and email proof of this horrible service
