Woodworm - surveyor booked, £60 paid in advance. Survey good, quick and sensible.
Then returned to collect a further £60. Asked if I had cash. Looked at invoice later to find the actual fee was £120; not the impression I had when calling. Paid online anyway.
No communication received since, despite reminders.
Have a very uneasy feeling now. Definitely not using them. (being done today by another!)
