What a load rubbish 4 visits later after following all advice and instructions for a supposed 100% and we are still being bitten they took £500 and over 4 visit have spent no more tha 50 mins in my property the guy That came looked like he was a pest germ carry he smelt and was very scruffy, he came again same thing 3rd vist another guy who told me the last technician wasn’t very good and the have tried to sack him but can’t 4 th vist same guy came and broke lamp…..
whatever you DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE find another provider maybe a local company who care about customer service and new business
I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY they speak to as a new customer give you a load of lip service then afterward they just send you to voice mail and say you need to email customer service and don’t believe me here is proof of the BS services they provide….
With asking how my 3rd visit went they had the never and cheek to ask me to write a review for them I have door proof and email proof of this horrible service
