I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when using JG Pest Control.
Following a recent visit, our property’s shutters were significantly damaged during their work. The extent of the damage was far beyond what would be considered reasonable or incidental for the service being carried out.
When we raised this with the company, they refused to accept any responsibility, citing their disclaimer and stating this was their “full and final position.” This response was disappointing and, in our view, does not reflect a customer-focused or accountable approach.
We engaged JG Pest Control expecting professional care and diligence. Instead, we were left with avoidable damage and no meaningful resolution. They reviewed the property and rooms beforehand, noted that the shutters were fine to leave in place as they were made of wood.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services.
