JG responded quickly to my situation. Customer Service over the telephone was great. Especially Margaret. My review is mainly about Kurt A. He was terrific....very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He did a thorough job and put my mind at ease. He even spoke to my neighbours who were concerned that my issue had affected them.
