The technician gave me his ETA in advance, and arrived promptly at that time. He was very thorough, checking all possible areas of access for the mice. Hopefully the problem has been solved, though time will tell.
I have an ongoing mice problem and this was my second visit from JG Pest Control (hopefully it will be resolved now). My technicians name was Steve he was very thorough and made sure to block all the holes to prevent any further issues. Steve really went the extra mile looked in other spots in case there were holes, he was honest, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I genuinely appreciated his help and professionalism. Highly recommend JG Pest Control. If you want someone reliable and goes the extra mile request Steve.

JG pest control came out on the day I rang, we had 3 mice in 3weeks they found where they were coming into the house, Thomas was amazing his knowledge and understanding of mice was unbelievable. He did a great job finding the entrance sealed it up and other areas too. We can thank him enough.
