Ryan turned up on time, very friendly respectful man. He knew what he was doing znd looking for, rats in my case. He showed me the evidence of where the rat has come from, source of entry and why. He discussed the rats behaviour and why etc. He took photos and showed me. He came with all the stuff he needed and played trays of food for they rat yo eat etc also within the drain system.Ryan talked about what happens next and future prevention. He will be visiting just over 3 weeks as the xmas break is here. He listened to me and I felt heard, I felt everything is under control. Thank you Ryan and company. Looking forward to the next visit you do. Company do 3 visits. I have 2 to go. I can't wait for the rat to go out my cavities/sool pipe 🤪
