I bought a pair of stud earrings less than 3 weeks ago, they arrived beautifully wrapped and looked better than on the website, so I was well impressed and pleased with my purchase. Less than a week later one of the closing mechanisms (the butterfly) gave out completely, seemed bent out of shape and I couldn’t fix it for the life of me so I emailed the company with a photo and a customer rep just told me to tighten the butterfly as it appears to be loose… yeah, I probably would’ve tried that before contacting you, so that was useless. I couldn’t be bothered to email back and forth due to work and life commitments so I just bought new silver butterflies from Ebay at my own cost. Another week later I noticed that one of the small diamonds in the halo has fallen out, which is an absolute shame as I can’t wear them anymore. Honestly, I bought studs in Claire’s that lasted years, I believed Jian was a reputable jeweller but I seem to have been misled. Buyer beware.
