Extremely disappointing. I read the reviews and thought this would be a really good company to purchase a ring through. How gravely mistaken was I.
My ring was never in the package they sent to me and is no where to be found. I contacted their customer support team and they pretty much told me they're not willing to do anything.
Was suppose to be a gift for my sister who is leaving soon. What a massive let down of a company and customer service. Pray this doesn't happen to anyone else.

My husband bought me a beautiful bracelet for our Emerald wedding anniversary. I love it and wore it for every occasion. However, after a couple of months the clasp became loose and it kept falling off my wrist. We emailed Jian and immediately received a reply with an apology and asking for us to return the bracelet for repair. That was on Wednesday. Today is Saturday and we received the bracelet back this morning and I can wear it with confidence again. What a fantastic service. Thank you. We are delighted.
