Jigsaw finance have excellent communication and customer service during the purchasing process. However, if you have any after sales issue, you will never get hold of anybody. The phone lines for complaints is just an answer machine, despite me leaving multiple messages nobody has ever returned my calls. I first emailed with a complaint in November 2025, by February this has not been responded to. I emailed again in February 2026 (after countless voicemails left). Someone did reply to tell me that my issue had been resolved - the issue hasn't been resolved and I am yet to have a response to my follow up email. There is absolutely no consideration for customers once the deals have been set up.The finance I have in place is with a company who also have TERRIBLE post sales customer service and my issue with the finance company has now been escalated to the Ombudsman.
