I purchased a shared ownership property over 3 years ago. I reported issues with the property within a month of moving in and still waiting for the repairs to be completed. The repairs manager Nicola doesn’t return calls and hides behind emails even though I requested a call back. Absolutely disgusting service and no customer service whatsoever. Be careful to the evidence they supply when dealing with your complaint as it isn’t 100% genuine and they are just trying to riddle out of their mistakes. My advice is to seek legal advice and also speak with your local mp. Don’t let them get away with it take your complaint higher and keep fighting.
