Dismal incompetent and lazy ; we were advised a smoke alarm was going off in flat - we were not there at the time . Took time off to go inspect and lo and behold it was a 2024 expiry so Jigsaw fault. Not allowed to disconnect it despite ear piercing alarm and was told not on no less than four occasions it was not an emergency. A bunch of jokers masquerading as a housing company.
