MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN FRUSTRATING! Initially, using the service was enjoyable with the free ads, but paying for a premium subscription turned out to be a huge error. Suddenly, multiple ads were declined for trivial reasons outlined in their guidelines. One of our ads was rejected because it was deemed a duplicate, despite being entirely different. The support team member seemed to have arbitrary standards for approval that were never clearly communicated. This is my third frustrating interaction with this representative. Instead of helping resolve the issues, he constantly reminded us that our premium subscription does not exempt us from rules he failed to clarify. I regret paying for this subscription and have asked for help in resolving the issues, promising never to subscribe again. My advice: stick with the free ads if you want peace of mind. If you’re looking for added stress, then by all means, opt for the premium subscription, as the support team member will ensure you experience that.
