AVOID THE STRESS OF PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION! Our latest experience with the platform started off well while using the free ads, but everything changed after we opted for the VIP Gold Premium Subscription for three months - what a mistake! Suddenly, numerous ads were rejected for the most trivial reasons according to their guidelines. For instance, our ad for STEW was flagged as a duplicate of an OFADA RICE ad. The support representative kept insisting that we were violating the platform's ad rules simply because our wording didn't meet his personal standards, which he couldn't clearly explain. It seemed that every word in our titles and descriptions had to align with his unique preferences, yet he failed to communicate what those were so we could adjust accordingly. This marks our third frustrating encounter with this support representative. He consistently reminded us that subscribing to premium doesn't mean we can break rules, which he still hasn't proven we violated. Instead of offering genuine assistance, he often pointed out that our biggest mistake was paying for the premium subscription. I concur and have asked him to assist with the current issue since we can't cancel our subscription, while promising never to make the mistake of choosing premium again. My advice is to stick with the free ads if you value your peace of mind. If you're looking for extra stress, then go ahead and pay for the premium service, because the support will certainly deliver that!
