After much enthusiasm for my first pair of Jimmy Fairly glasses, everything has changed drastically after contacting the company everywhere I could, and it's been 3 days without a response regarding the prescription for my order (WEB1001150498). The prescription is incorrect in my account, on the quote, and on the invoice, for some reason beyond my control. And I assume that's how they will arrive, since they are already working on the order. Incidentally, I've been reading reviews, and it seems this has happened to many other customers, which worries me even more.Something in their account system is altering the prescriptions when they are transferred. Furthermore, I've written to the JF optometrists' email address, and still nothing, no response. This erratic process has created a great deal of insecurity for me regarding the entire JF optical process, and I would like to cancel the order to avoid further complications. I hope it's possible to cancel the order before it's too late. That's all I want.
