After much enthusiasm for my first pair of Jimmy Fairly glasses, everything has changed drastically after contacting the company everywhere I could, and it's been 3 days without a response regarding the prescription for my order (WEB1001150498). The prescription is incorrect in my account, on the quote, and on the invoice, for some reason beyond my control. And I assume that's how they will arrive, since they are already working on the order. Incidentally, I've been reading reviews, and it seems this has happened to many other customers, which worries me even more.Something in their account system is altering the prescriptions when they are transferred. Furthermore, I've written to the JF optometrists' email address, and still nothing, no response. This erratic process has created a great deal of insecurity for me regarding the entire JF optical process, and I would like to cancel the order to avoid further complications. I hope it's possible to cancel the order before it's too late. That's all I want.
My sunglasses kept falling off my nose so I popped into the Jimmy Fairly store in Montpellier; I should mention that my sunglasses were inexpensive and came from a discount department store.

I had an exceptional experience with the sales advisor. I entered the store intending to purchase one pair of glasses for work but ended up leaving with two fantastic pairs. I'm quite particular about fit and face shape, but the advisor listened attentively and provided excellent, honest recommendations. We explored numerous options and ultimately found the perfect two. I also want to recognize the professional and helpful service from the individual who conducted the eye test. Overall, I highly recommend this store for its outstanding service and the positive, welcoming atmosphere created by the entire team.

I wrote a review on 19/11 about my experience collecting my glasses at Jimmy Fairly in Chiswick. I gave 2/5 but things actually got worse when I used the glasses.I ordered reading glasses but when I tried them on the first time they made everything blurry. I went back to the store and was told I needed to book an eye test as maybe something was wrong with the prescription that Vision Express had given me. I booked the appt for today (5/12) and when I spoke to the person giving me the eye test she immediately checked the glasses and determined that they had put a distance prescription and not the reading prescription I had asked for in the frames. I finally decided that a month and a half to get the wrong glasses was enough for me and asked for a refund.Avoid.
I visited their shop in Barcelona (Gracia) and received the best customer service ever! The glasses and sunglasses are all so beautiful that I couldn’t decide, so I really appreciated the honest opinion of the optometrist/sales person in the shop! You can really tell how incredible the quality of the glasses is, they’re heavy, sturdy, and so glossy, gorgeous materials. I chose the Emmy sunglasses but I’ll definitely be back for the same model for my optical glasses too - I loved them!
