Immediately after I ordered my product I was sent an email telling me I'd need to pay tax when my product arrived in Australia. I asked how much ? was emailed "I don't know".I asked that the order be cancelled and requested a refund. I've not heard from anybody since. I've not had a refund.Really poor service. Not impressed at all.
