Initially, they said my order was lost, even though tracking indicated it was waiting to be received. They refunded me without my request instead of resending it. I placed another order, but it also got stuck in the same status. Their customer service was unresponsive after a while. Eventually, I requested a refund since I was getting nowhere. It's a shame, as the designs are actually quite nice.
