I haven't received any updates since my order. Despite several emails, I was told no order is linked to my email. I provided the order number and PayPal receipt, yet they still claimed no order exists. This situation is confusing. I plan to cancel the order through PayPal tomorrow, as it has been nearly three weeks since I ordered. I do not recommend.

I placed an order expecting it to arrive in 4–7 business days, but nearly two weeks later, I still had not received it. The shipping was a disaster. I only got a tracking number after contacting them, and then found out it was sent to the wrong city. Customer support offered no help, leaving me to figure out the issue. I've requested a refund, but the lack of responsibility from this company makes me question their commitment to customers. I'm really disappointed.
Initially, they said my order was lost, even though tracking indicated it was waiting to be received. They refunded me without my request instead of resending it. The quality is poor and overpriced. The customer service keeps demanding an order number, which is frustrating. If they had any class, they would offer a replacement immediately.
After buying a pair in Spain, I ordered two more pairs to be delivered to the UK. The socks are high quality with great designs. Shipping was seamless (ordered on Friday and delivered by Wednesday). Just be mindful of import duty thresholds.
This company ships items from Spain to the UK and basically states they can't predict shipping costs upon delivery. They mention that customs duties may apply, which is disappointing because I love their designs and have worn their socks until they're worn out.
