Generating an invoice for a customer to pay must be so easy for Jio but letting the customer know what that invoice is for, what the customer has been billed for despite making a 3 months advance rental must be so hard!
And the burden of clarification naturally falls on the customer because jio's customer service is pathetic, embarrasing! A jio staff person constantly saying like a robot during the call- im checking, im checking.. and the customer wondering what could the staff possibly be checking that is taking so long.
On calling again, the systems which seemed to have been working 2 minutes ago during last call are suddenly down and a black hole again!
