I canceled my fiber connection last month after a terrible experience with Jio Fiber's internet speed and their delayed support. Now, I am planning to send a port request for my Jio SIM as well, since their true 5G plan doesn't even match the 2G plan. I strongly advise everyone not to waste their money.
Jio has the worst service ever. The network is always unstable, calls drop frequently, and the internet speed is painfully slow. It’s really disappointing, especially when you rely on your mobile connection for daily use. I regret choosing Jio.

It was pathetic to know that the person who came for repair in Tower 2,Of Shivkala Appartments sector 51 Noida disconnected our wifi although payments are made and we suffered loss . Today when another engineer came to solve our complaint he fixed It . Kindly punish the person for his act of disconnecting wires so that we don't face any problem.I hope this will not be in future.
Incorrect Billing After Disconnection – Very Poor Experience
I requested cancellation of my JioFiber connection , and the status shows **closed** with my account marked as **suspended**. However, no technician has visited for device pickup, and I have still received a bill after the confirmed disconnection.
I have not used the service after requesting cancellation, so this billing is completely unjustified. The delay in uninstallation is from Jio’s side and should not result in charges to the customer.
Kindly reverse the incorrect bill, arrange immediate pickup of the router and set-top box, and confirm that my connection is permanently disconnected with no further bills generated.
Worst 4G network – only name, no speed
Jio 4G is extremely disappointing. The network is unstable, slow, and unreliable. Internet speed drops constantly, calls get disconnected, and even basic browsing feels like 2G. What’s the point of “4G” when pages don’t load and videos keep buffering?
Network coverage is poor, especially indoors. Signal bars show full but data doesn’t work at all. Customer support is useless — only automated replies, no real solutions. Complaints are ignored and problems never get fixed.
Jio focuses on ads and promotions instead of actually improving network quality. This is a waste of money and time. I regret switching to Jio and would not recommend it to anyone who needs stable internet.
I suggest returning the towers, as the service has been the worst I've experienced. Paying 350 for a network that barely works is frustrating. Gaming is impossible, and streaming on platforms barely functions. When I call customer support, the network seems to improve temporarily, but I keep hearing the same excuse for two years: "We understand you're facing internet issues and are working to resolve them as soon as possible." After two years, what does 'as soon as possible' even mean? This is the worst internet service provider; I would never recommend it. I regret not choosing a more reliable option.
I would rate the service as zero if possible. It seems to have lost its standing in the market throughout the country. Just last week in Nagpur, the network was poor, and data services were non-functional. The situation is similar in Mumbai.

This automated system clearly recognizes the request to connect with an agent, echoes it back, and then fails to follow through. That is not effective support; it feels like deliberate obstruction with a friendly facade.
If the main goal is to prevent customers from reaching a representative, just be honest about it. Don't disguise it as assistance.

The service is subpar. In Agartala, I'm experiencing constant issues with internet connectivity. They seem more focused on collecting payments than providing reliable service. Other providers are performing better in the area. Despite claiming to offer 5G, the internet is hardly usable. Overall, very disappointing.
